Get The Motivation....Keep The Motivation




How many of time have you passionately started out a weight loss program, started a blog or a new training program, only to suddenly put a halt to it after a short while? This often occurs due to lack of motivation or possessing a very short-lived one.As long as you live on planet earth and you belong to the homo sapiens specie,then you must have heard the word 'motivation' .Today, we have many motivational coaches and speakers, and motivational books and articles and bloggers too.



SO WHAT ACTUALLY IS THIS MOTIVATION?
Motivation is a driving force, that propels a person to remain committed and interested in accomplishing a anything. A wish is just weak desire but not strong enough to keep you on the drive. Only a motivation can drive you forward, to act and accomplish aims and goals.Having motivation or that strong desire at the start of a task is not enough to sustain you to a well accomplished end ,so how do will keep the motivation going to the end of earning our desired result?how do we loss weight to the very extent we want without giving up half way?
In order to get motivated, you need to know exactly what it is that you want, possess a strong desire, and  be willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish your goal. When it comes to long-term goals, it is not always possible to sustain the motivation for a longer period of time. This is why it is advisable to start with small goals, and after gaining experience with being motivated, you proceed to bigger goals.
If you desire to  accomplish a certain goal, but you don’t feel motivated enough to make a move, it means that the desire or goal are not important enough. To be motivated to take action and do something in respect to your goal, you need to possess a strong desire.
A strong desire is the fuel that drives you to your destination.
