The Eating Disorder—Bulimia

Once again, Tania is on a liquid diet. “I’m going to stick with it,” she tells herself. “I won’t give in to the cravings this time.” But as the day goes on, Tania's willpower weakens. All she can think about is food. Finally, she decides to give in to the urge to binge. She can’t control herself any longer. She grabs a pint of ice cream out of the freezer, finishing it within a matter of minutes. Then she's on to anything else she can find in the kitchen. After 45 minutes of bingeing, Tania is so stuffed that her

Bobbi Kristina Is Reportedly Awake and Off Life Support

Find how US Weekly is reporting it below .

Bobbi Kristina Brown is "awake" and has come off her life support machine, according to her dad Bobby Brown and his sister Tina Brown.

Bobbi Kristina, 22, has been in a medically induced coma for the past two and a half months, since she was discovered unresponsive in a bath tub on Jan. 31.
But now it seems like things are looking up for the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, after her dad and aunt sent out messages to fans over the weekend, saying that her condition is starting to improve.

Bobby Brown, 46, gave the first hint that his daughter was making steps towards recovery on Saturday, April 18, when he made an announcement to shocked fans at the Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie, Dallas, while on stage at a Frankie Beverly concert.
"I can say today Bobbi is awake. She's watching me," the "Every Little Step" singer told his audience in a speech that was posted to Instagram later that night.

And confirming her brother's happy announcement, Tina Brown took to Facebook on Sunday, April 19, to expand on the positive message.
"So many messages, sorry can't answer them all right now but I will get to them later.." Tina wrote. "Just allow me this time with my family,,yes, she woke up and is no longer on life support!!!!!:):)God is good!!thanks for your prayers,,still a process, but she is going to be ok:):):):)."

Bobby Brown is yet to release an official statement regarding the latest on his daughter's condition. His last comment back in February asked fans to continue to pray for Bobbi Kristina's recovery.

Let us continue to pray for her. This is real good news.

Why You Have To Put Bitterness Behind You

Bitterness is more than just a nasty taste in the mouth. Studies suggest bitterness about our failures or actions of another, and the feelings of anger and depression that accompanies it, can damage our physical health, especially if we hang on to them over time.

Nearly everyone has been hurt by the actions or words of another and we have all made mistakes in life. Bitterness can stem from a wide range of events in one's life. It could come from a failed marriage, being a victim of abuse, being laid off or fired, or parenting a disabled child, your mother criticized your parenting skills, your colleague sabotaged a project, your partner had an affair or you are finding it hard to forgive yourself of some mistakes you made. These wounds can leave you with lasting feelings of anger, bitterness or even vengeance. But if

Quote Of The Week

Your attitude is like a box of crayons that color your world. Constantly color your picture gray, and your picture will always be bleak. Try adding some bright colors to the picture by including humor, and your picture begins to lighten up.

Over that past decade, these lessons have gone viral on the Internet. These universal lessons are useful to anyone who needs a little reminder of what's important in life.

1.Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2.When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3.Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

Must Watch...Very Pregnant Mom And Her Unborn Child Enjoys Treat At The Saloon.

I've seen videos where Mom will do anything to induce labor, and I've seen fascinating videos of Mom's ultrasound. But I have never seen a thing like this. Absolutely nothing to this degree.I am truly amazed at what this bay is doing to the mother. And how come she does not feel so much pain. Can this be real?

In the video below, Mom heads to the salon to treat herself, but she's not the only one who seems to be

Why My Husband Will Always Come Before My Kids

By Amber Doty

Less than one month after my husband and I got married -- before I even mailed thank you notes for our wedding gifts -- I found myself holding a positive pregnancy test.

Eight and a half months into our marriage, while we were still getting comfortable in our roles as husband and wife, we suddenly became mom and dad. I won't say that our son was poorly planned -- we were both anxious to start our family -- but I will say that in hindsight becoming a mother in the same year that you become a wife is not for the weak.

The first year of our son's life was the most difficult of our marriage to date and it is also the year I learned a very important lesson: My husband must always come before our children.

Don't get me wrong; I love my kids and would do anything for them. But I love my husband more.

How Your Inner Circle Reflects Your Inner Mindset.

A strong community is critical for success. And by success I mean whatever you think is required to live a rich, meaningful life.

Your inner circle are the people are close to you, they are people  have the power to influence your life and your decisions.

Let's start with our personal goals. There are things we want to achieve in life. I personally want to spend more time with my family and friends, build a stronger relationship with God, become a more organized woman, finish my first degree and become a better blogger. For now, these are the things I want to achieve. Writing down our goals is not enough but, doing

Love is never enough. Here's what is enough....

In 1967, John Lennon wrote a song called, “All You Need is Love.” He also beat both of his wives, abandoned one of his children and once had a camera crew film him lying naked in his bed for an entire day. This man obviously lacked a clear and realistic understanding of love really is.

Many of us idealize love to be the solution to all our problems. We think the moment we find love, our problems vanish. Hollywood’s romantic movies and stories celebrates love as life’s ultimate goal, the final solution for all of our pain and struggle. When we overestimate love, our relationships pay the deadly price.

Do You Actually Have Personal Integrity?

It is one thing for you to say something and another thing for your actions to back up your words. I love sharing my views, without holding any bit of it back. This is because, the half truth never does the job of the whole truth which is to set us free. Today, We are going to be doing some serious check-up on our self.

Just like our body, we need to have Check-ups on our inner self, for us to find out what we are doing right, what we need to be improved in our lives and what needs to be eliminated in our lives. The thing is, when we do these check-up, we have to take out our emotions to be able to see things clearly. So please take the emotions out before you read any further.

A Woman's Satirical Take on the Challenges of Using Public Loos Goes Viral in Argentina.

For women the process of using a public toilet can be a lengthy affair. But why? People are talking (and laughing) about it in Argentina, after a woman revealed what exactly goes on behind cubicle doors in a funny Facebook post that has been shared more than 110,000 times.

It all starts, says Luciana Ochoa, with a voice in the back of your head - your mother telling you "never, ever sit on a public toilet." Depending on the state of the facilities, women basically have two options: to wipe the seat and then proceed to cover it with paper, or to use a frankly unpractical posture that Ochoa calls "the ninja position" - a sort of hovering squat which ensures no part of your

Teenager Creates Organization To Help The Underprivileged

This brought me to tears. This young woman started a snowball rolling with her caring and goodness to others that has blossomed throughout the world ,further than I'm sure, she never dreamed possible.

Rebecca Kirtman was just 16 years of age when she was killed in a tragic automobile accident, but she certainly made her mark on the world. Rebecca was a caring, loving individual who began "Becca's Closet" when she was just a freshman in high school. "Becca's Closet" is a foundation that aims to provide less-privileged high school girls with dresses and accessories for school dances.

Her parents reared her with excellent values and compassion for others. They share in her dreams that came true. It's tragic that today she is she is no more but her dream lives on.

This Little Girl's Rant About Kim Kardashian Will Make You Laugh Forever

This video got me rolling on the floor. Apparently, this little princess did not have a pleasant reaction when her dad told her who his celebrity crush is. Kim Kardashian? Hell no! she basically told her dad and the whole world that Kim Kardashian should be made illegal.

"I don't agree with my father because if I were a man I would not pick Kim Kardashian to be my celebrity crush," she says. "You wanna know why? I'll tell you why. The only reason she's famous is because of her plastic surgery." She said .

And that's just the beginning!

I'm pretty sure this little angel is either going to be an award-winning author  or a kick-ass lawyer. I would not want to go up against her in a court room because this girl will adorably shut me down.

I purely agree with her. One need not be famous for showing up their personal body parts n exposing nudity to the world. It is giving wrong messages to the young generations.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK

"Infuse your life with action. Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen... yourself, right now, right down here on Earth." ~Bradley Whitford

A Christ Centered Easter

1 Who has believed our message?
To whom has the Lord revealed his powerful arm?
2 My servant grew up in the Lord’s presence like a tender green shoot,
like a root in dry ground.
There was nothing beautiful or majestic about his appearance,
nothing to attract us to him.
3 He was despised and rejected—
a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief.
We turned our backs on him and looked the other way.
He was despised, and we did not care.
4 Yet it was our weaknesses he carried;
it was our sorrows[a] that weighed him down.
And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God,

Yes i know. I have not been blogging for two days now because...

Who's been wondering where  the hell I have been for the past two days? Well, I am alive, well and healthy. In fact just finished eating a very nice meal now. As a student I don't get to eat this kind of food everyday so I am super happy. I would have uploaded pictures but my phone fell off my hand

Emily Debrayda Phillips from Jacksonville, Florida, died on March 25 at the age of 69 - only 29 days after she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She wrote a humorous, heartwarming obituary for herself, bidding farewell to her family and friends in her own words, just days before she died.

Twenty-year sentence handed to Purvi Patel for death of foetus condemned by women’s groups

Patel was arrested in July 2013 after she went to the emergency room, bleeding heavily, at St. Joseph Hospital in Mishawaka, Indiana. Although she initially denied the pregnancy, Patel eventually admitted to medical authorities that she had a miscarriage and threw the stillborn fetus in a dumpster.

On Monday, the state of Indiana sentenced 33-year-old Purvi Patel to 20 years in prison on charges of feticide - an act that causes the death of a fetus - and neglect of a dependent. Patel is the first woman

5 Smoothies For Energy In The Morning

Most of us wander into our kitchens rather groggily first thing in the morning, and reach for a cup of coffee or tea for a caffeine kick. Instead of starting your day with a caffeinated jolt, consider sipping something a little more nourishing and rejuvenating.

Smoothie recipes are good for you as they are delicious, and can be enjoyed as either a wake-up tonic or an afternoon refresher. Live nutrients and enzymes in juices and smoothies feed every cell in your body, while liquids from the fruits you’re using keep you hydrated, and that’s a far better method of staying awake and energetic than knocking back all those dehydrating coffees.

I present to you Smoothies filled with healthy fats, protein, fiber, and enough calories to get you going all day and also overcome that a.m. hump.

Things to remember about your breakup to keep you sane

1. If your ex dumped you, they didn't deserve you in the first place. You deserve someone who wants you. You are a priceless jewel and when the right man comes? He he definitely treat you that way;..this kind of mindset will make you feel better.

2. If you dumped your ex, it's not like you're not "allowed" to feel sad. Breakups are hard no matter who does the "dumping."

3. Even if your whole family or all your friends loved him/her, it still matters most that it wasn't working for you. You have to let go and move on and if your family members are not happy about that? hold a family meeting and ask anyone who is not happy with your decision to go and date the guy/girl; don't forget to give his/her number to whoever questions your decision. They will never

Secrets Of The Millionaire Mind

What’s the main thing that separates the rich from the poor? Ask any of the financially free people, and they will tell you the same: their mindset.

What most rich people point as the key to their success is a millionaire mindset.Yes. A millionaire mindset. Rich people mastered one very important skill and it is to make their mind work for them.

As William Arthur once said , " Nothing limits achievements like small thinking, and nothing expands possibilities like unleashed thinking."

Our mind has one goal only and it is our survival. Anything that is out of the ordinary is a potential
