Finally Science recommends it! We'll probably have to take the "less is more" on to the bed. Let me whisper this in your ear — shredding the PJs is not a bad idea at all . We've all slept naked, at least once in our life time, it's happened to all of us — and turns out it's fine. Whatever your reason, there's a lot of reason to consider making a habit of sleeping naked!
1. You'll Regulate Your Hormones.
Sleeping naked can help regulate your cortisol also known as stress hormone levels because your
body remains cooler than when it's clothed. Cortisol can creep up when the body gets too warm, leading to anxiety, food cravings, and weight gain. It can also manage your melatonin and growth hormone levels — again, by keeping you cooler — which helps to keep you younger.According to Huffington Post, cortisol secretion is activated when you're feeling under pressure. When your body is truly resting and recuperating ( between 10:00p.m. and 2:00a.m.) is when cortisol is at its lowest.

The more time you spend naked, the more comfortable you’ll feel in your skin overall, says Bennett-Cook. If you feel good and are connected to your body, you'll feel comfortable with how you look. When you get good sleep, you make less errors. There's nothing like some peace of mind to lift your self-esteem.

Let it be FREE once in a while, best time is bedtime. As we all know a healthy vagina is a happy one.

I personally prefer sleeping naked because I feel more relaxed and comfortable when I strip the PJs. With all these reasons listed, I will definitely make sleeping in the nude a habit.
