Self love runs deep. It affects every decision a woman makes and every action she takes. It's simply about taking caution to ensure you are not causing yourself harm before taking actions. Is it possible not to love yourself? Yes it is. People stop loving themselves for many reasons. One of the reason could be because of too many past mistakes and regrets, so they think they are so shitty and messed up. It could be because they stopped believing in their potentials and strengths. It could be because someone else told them they are worthless. You can't stop treating yourself well because some people who don't matter in the first place, think you have nothing to offer. You have to discover,see and believe your own beauty, your potentials and your strengths before the world will ever see it ―that is why it is yours not the world's.The world will always be ready to first criticize and point fingers at you but it up you to prove the world wrong by breaking grounds with your potentials.
There are limits friends can go, there are limits family can go but you will always have you as long as you are alive. Even twins stay together in the womb but when it's time to come into the world, they come on their own. When it's time to die, you will die alone too. Isn't this a message from the creator himself? When the storm comes, you will see that the people who you allowed to hold you down with their words,the pain they caused you, will not be there ―most times you only find God there with you in the stormy times.
You can't abandon yourself sitting there on the last burner, boiling until you get burnt. Pay attention to you. Give yourself the love, encouragement and support you need every time trust me there is nothing like too much self love.If it's about past mistakes, I can tell you I know an endless list of great people who made more silly mistakes than you did in the past but they got over it and moved on to unleash their potentials. Isn't time for you to pick yourself up, forget the past and forge ahead. We have all been abused in a way. Someone must have taken advantage of us at some point but we can't let the pain that comes from that experience hold us down. Look around you; there are over 7 billion people in this world. That pain shouldn't stop you from meeting people who can impact you positively, it shouldn't stop you from impacting the world either!
Life is short but you can choose to love yourself and enjoy every moment of your life. Eat healthy, don't get hopeless and loose your beautiful shape. Be smart and make decisions that makes you happy, stop thinking your are a foolish people who has nothing to offer the world. I will tell you this, if keep thinking you are foolish and worthless, you begin to see yourself making foolish decisions that will keep convincing you that you are actually foolish. You should always diet and exercise, a woman who cares about her well being is a woman who loves herself. Keep your life simple with less stress and do what you love.
I believe we are all strong, beautiful and talented. Only that we sometimes forget. Look at you! the great things you see, are your strengths and you must hold on to them everyday. Always remember that people can only see what you see about yourself. Oh we all need love and support. Go for you, you will never regret it. A woman who loves herself is like the sun ―she always shines!
